'I have been a client at Absolute since it opened (having followed Susan from her last salon). I love the pleasant and relaxed atmosphere of the salon and the friendliness and professionalism of all the staff who are always happy to offer advice on any beauty problems you may have. Susan is constantly updating equipment and introducing new treatments. I have tried many of the treatments on offer and have found the pleasant ones (e.g. hot stone massage) wonderfully relaxing and enjoyable and the less pleasant ones (waxing and electolysis) made bearable by the mix of professionalism and friendly banter by the staff. In other salons I have tried I've sometimes found the staff gave the impression of being a bit haughty whereas the girls at Absolute are really friendly and down to earth and make you feel like a valued friend rather than just a paying customer.
For me Absolute is an 'Absolute Must' for all my beauty needs and I always recommend it to all my friends and colleagues.'
