Cancellation Policy

Minimum 24 hours notice is required for a cancellation otherwise 50% of the treatment price will be charged. If we receive less than 24 hours notice, full payment will be charged. Longer appointments may require more notice of cancellation. To secure your appointment a booking fee may be requested.

Medical Conditions

Some treatments are not suitable for those with certain medical conditions. Our expert staff will be happy to discuss any special requirements you may have and advise on which treatments will be most suitable for you. If you have any of the following conditions please inform reception when making appointments: Epilepsy, Thrombosis, Low / High Blood Pressure, Diabetes Metal Pins / Plates, Skin Disorders, Asthma, Hepatitis, Pregnancy, Cancer, Allergies.

Group Bookings / Hen Parties /Teen Parties / Corporate

Group bookings are most welcome at Absolute. We can tailor treatments for your requirements, please ask at reception for details. We also kindly request seven days notice should you need to cancel the booking.
